Pet care is hard. You have to feed them, clean them, convert the masses to serve their unending lust for world domination. Tentaplas will ensure that you get the full pet experience from a glorious top-down perspective; give it baths, feed it, fight hordes of eldritch entities as it slowly takes over your house with new and luxurious furniture. Just like a real pet!

Care for your perfectly ordinary kitten by day, and fight through horde of dream-like entities by night. 

Have weird, one sided conversations with your cat! Just don't think too hard about the strange noises it makes in response.
